“It was the right decision for me. I didn’t want to deal with dentures or acrylic plates or have a mouth full of plastic. The 3 on 6 is the way to go. I’m very happy with it. I’ve been smiling the 24 hours since I got them.”
"My confidence is back, I smile, I can eat whatever I want, I can go out to dinner. After I first got them in my first meal was a steak and that was the best tasting steak I've ever eaten in my life."

How does the 3 on 6™ compare to the All-on-4 and other full mouth treatment options?
All-on-4, All-on-X, 3 on 6... I'm confused!
We get it, the terms can get very confusing. All-on-4 is a treatment concept developed by Nobel Biocare in 1977. Historically it has been very popular and many alternative variations of this treatment came into existence in the years following. The biggest variations were how many implants to use. While All-on-4 is a trademarked procedure, All-on-6 and All-on-X refer to these variations with varying numbers of implants used in the restoration.
The 3 on 6™ was developed in 2012 and was designed to correct some of the problems of the All-on-X style restorations. Most notably, All-on-X restorations generally require removal of bone from the patient's mouth to make room for the bulky acrylic gums. The 3 on 6™ on the other hand only restores the teeth and preserves the patient's bone. It is a more conservative and hygienic approach to full mouth restoration.
Whether you're considering the All-on-4, All-on-6, or All-on-X, you should consider first hand the benefits of the 3 on 6™.
Life-Changing Transformations
Not only is the 3 on 6™ a safer, more natural treatment,
we also save our patients on average $18,400
from their comparable full mouth treatment plan!
The Steps To Your New Smile
Step 1: Free Consultation
Everything begins with a free consultation with a 3 on 6™ certified doctor. A consultation with our doctor includes a free full mouth digital scan and intraoral examination so we can identify the health of your teeth and your jaw bone. After this our office can tell you if the 3 on 6 procedure is right for you or recommend another treatment. Our doctor will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have including questions about dental implants, the 3 on 6, the all on 4 or all on x, overdentures, full mouth dental implants, or traditional dentures.
All of our consultations are no pressure and zero obligation. The consultation will typically will last around an hour and we’ll be able to calculate the exact cost before you leave, as well as help with insurance and arranging financing.
Step 2: Implant Surgery
At the following appointment, the implant surgery will take place. This can be done with local anesthesia or you can choose to be sedated. After this surgery, the implants will need to heal for anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
After this appointment you might see your new smile for the first time! You'll either have a temporary bridge placed on the implants or receive a temporary denture so that you are not toothless while you heal.
Our dental lab will use scans of your teeth or pre-designed models to design your new smile. You will have input on the design including the shade of the teeth.
Step 3: Temporary Restoration
Once your implants are healed, your temporary bridges will be removed and a new set of temporary bridges placed on your implants. This step is to ensure the bite is correct, and that you like the design and color of the teeth.
After trying the bridges for two weeks the doctor will meet with you again to see if you’re happy with your smile or if you would like some adjustments with the shade or fit. Based on your feedback, the Doctor may make some modifications to your bridges.
Step 4: Final Bridges
After everything is looking and feeling good, the final zirconia bridges will then be made by our dental lab specialists, based on the specifications from your Doctor. A final appointment will be scheduled in which the Doctor will place your final bridges. The final bridges will be beautiful polished and strong.
Your new 3 on 6™ smile will be beautiful and permanent. You don't have to ever remove it and can maintain it with simple brushing and flossing. You can smile, speak, kiss, and chew with confidence!
